ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – The government has decided to provide relief to agricultural tube-wells and electricity consumers using up to 300 units per month.
The reduction in monthly fuel cost adjustment will now also benefit these consumers.
The Power Division has formally requested NEPRA to implement this change.
Since June 2015, the FCA reduction had been halted for 300-unit consumers, while agricultural tube wells lost this benefit in December 2010.

With the decrease in fuel cost, electricity bills for agricultural tube-wells and low-consumption consumers are expected to drop further.
