Rizwan eyes whitewash of Australia in T20I series

Pakistan will take on hosts in first T20I on November 14
(Web Desk) – Pakistan cricket team captain Mohammad Rizwan expressed his resolve to whitewash Australia in the upcoming T20 series after defeating hosts in the ODI series.
He expressed the determination while giving a pep talk to players in the dressing room ahead of their first T20I match against Australia on November 14.
He said the team showed unity in the ODI series, adding: “The things that used to divide us, we turned them into a strength. No one expected us to beat Australia on their soil”.
“I am confident that other teams around the world must have learned something from us,” he said.

While encouraging the players, Rizwan urged them to set bigger goals. “We need to aim for titles like the Champions Trophy, and World Cup. Wherever we go, we will make history."
Motivating his players, he said: "We will put an end to the narrative of not winning for 22-23 years, and we will make new history in cricket. We will play as one, with a shared spirit, and the world should see us as united."
He said he used to seek feedback from players and hold consultation with management.
