"July 5 is a special day. We are getting married on the 5th. A small ceremony has been arranged at home," Khan said.
He also asked fans and well-wishers to pray for the couple's happiness and wished for a successful journey together.
Khan publicly introduced Spratt and confirmed their relationship earlier this year during celebrations marking his 60th birthday.
The actor was previously married to Reena Dutta, whom he married in 1986 before the marriage ended in divorce. He later married Kiran Rao in 2005, and the couple announced their separation in 2021.
