(Web Desk) - Pakistani actor and filmmaker Hareem Farooq has said she decided a decade ago not to let other people’s opinions affect her, responding to criticism and trolling on social media.
The actor recently appeared alongside Faisal Qureshi in Mango Jatt, a Punjabi-language film, and attended various events to promote the project.
Speaking in a recent interview, Farooq said she had made up her mind 10 years ago not to worry about what people said about her.
She noted that critics and social media trolls would continue to target people, but constantly thinking about their comments served no purpose.
Farooq added that she does not read comments about herself on social media and prefers to focus on her work and move forward in life.
