PTI on verge of 'extinction', says Maryam Nawaz

LONDON (Dunya News) – Chief Minister Punjab, Maryam Nawaz, on Wednesday said that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) is on the verge of 'extinction' and getting weaker in the country, Dunya News reported.
Addressing Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) workers convention in London, Maryam Nawaz said that the masses have given no response to PTI’s frequent calls of staging the protests.
Maryam Nawaz said that Pakistan was close to default due to previous PTI-led government. She said that the country is on road to progress under the PML-N government and no one talks about default now.
CM Punjab said that the PML-N has a track record of steering country towards stability and added that Pakistan has always witnessed development during the Nawaz Sharif-led government.
Talking about the development works initiated under her government, Maryam Nawaz said that Apni Chhat Apna Ghar scheme had been launched in the entire Punjab for low income families.
Maryam Nawaz said that Pakistan’s first Nawaz Sharif IT City project has been launched while 1,000-bed hospital is being built in Lahore, which will be the first state-of-the art hospital in the country.
