ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - The Islamabad High Court (IHC) Registrar's Office has raised objections and returned the appeals filed by former prime minister Imran Khan and his wife, Bushra Bibi, against the verdict in the £190 million reference case.
The Registrar's Office directed that the appeals be refiled after addressing the objections, which include the absence of a mandatory certificate confirming that the case is not pending in any other court. Additionally, some pages were found without signatures.
Once the objections are resolved, the appeals can be refiled.
Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi had filed appeals against their convictions in the case.
