PTI founder assures Gandapur of his full support and authority
RAWALPINDI (Dunya News) - The inside story of a crucial meeting between PTI founder Imran Khan and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur surfaced that shed light on discussions regarding governance and corruption in the province.
According to sources, Imran Khan raised concerns over reported complaints of alleged misgovernance and corruption in the province.
Responding to these concerns, Chief Minister Gandapur distanced himself from the issue, stating that he had no role in postings and transfers. “It is the provincial assembly members who recommend and facilitate these transfers, yet the complaints are directed at me,” he told Imran Khan.
Imran Khan explained that he had relieved Gandapur of his party assignment to reduce his workload, allowing him to focus entirely on governance. “You are the chief executive of the province so governance must be improved,” he emphasised.

The PTI founder assured Gandapur of his full support and authority, urging him to address the grievances regarding alleged corruption and inefficiency in the province.
Following the meeting with Imran Khan, sources revealed that Chief Minister Gandapur held discussions with his special assistant on anti-corruption. During the meeting, he directed the officials to take decisive action against corruption in the province.
