Four levies personnel martyred in Darband terrorists attack

DARBAND (Dunya News) - Four levies personnel and a civilian were martyred in a terrorists attack in Darband area of Mansehra District of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on Saturday night.
According Darband assistant commissioner, the security personnel along with a worker of a private company were heading to an area for the recovery of a stolen truck when terrorists opened indiscriminate firing on their vehicle.
As a result of the firing, five persons including four levies personnel died on the spot. The militants fled after the attack.
On information, rescuers and security personnel scrambled to the crime scene and started investigation after sending the dead bodies to Darband hospital.
Security was put on high alert after the incident. A search operation was launched for the arrest of the fleeing terrorists.
