As many as 1,500 couples would be registered in the second phase
LAHORE (Dunya News) - The second phase of ‘Dhee Rani’ programme began on Sunday to support the underprivileged couples.
As many as 1,500 couples would be registered in the second phase for mass weddings.
Applications can be submitted on the online portal cmp.punjab.gov.pk.
The applications can also be submitted by hand in the office of Social Welfare department in every district of Punjab.

A helpline 1312 has already been setup for providing guidance to the interested couples.
Under the programme, the Punjab government will provide free meal to the relatives of couples attending the wedding.
The couples will also get Rs0.1 million as a gift from Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz.
