Calls for strict action against those using party for personal fame
PESHAWAR (Dunya News) – Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) senior leader Shaukat Yousafzai has voiced concerns over the growing indiscipline in his party, urging the leadership to take immediate action to restore order.
In a video statement, he criticised members using the party for personal gains and called for strict measures against them.
Referring to a recent gathering in Swabi, he expressed disappointment over internal conflicts, emphasising that while PTI’s founder remains in jail, party members are more focused on securing positions.
He also took a jab at Atta Tarar, calling him a "Form-47 MNA."
Additionally, Yousafzai dismissed Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif’s claims of progress, stating that the government's promises remain unfulfilled. He reiterated that PTI places its trust only in Allah, not in political tactics.
