Five killed in van, bus collision in Lalian

LALIAN (Dunya News) – At least five people lost their lives and 12 other were wounded in collision between a van and bus in Lalian, a town of the Chiniot District in Punjab province, on Wednesday.
According to details, the accident occurred at the Lari Adda area in Lalian where a bus collided head-on with a van due to over-speeding, killing five persons on the spot and injuring 12 others.
The ill-fatted van was on its way to Faisalabad from Sargodha. Police and rescue teams reached the spot after being informed and shifted the dead and injured to District Headquarters (DHQ) hospital.
