They also agreed to remain in close and constructive engagement on matters of mutual interest.
Earlier, Ishaq Dar spoke with the Foreign Minister of Iran, Seyyed Abbas Araghchi on telephone and discussed current developments in Iran.

According to sources, Ishaq Dar reaffirmed the importance of sustained dialogue and engagement during the telephonic conversation.
Both sides also agreed to continue to maintain close contact.
