KARACHI (Dunya News) - Senior Sindh Minister Sharjeel Inam Memon on Wednesday said that digital property registration is a revolutionary and historic decision for Pakistanis living abroad.
He stated that the new digital property registration system will eliminate the difficulties faced by overseas Pakistanis in buying and selling property. Under the new system, the completion of online sale deeds will be possible at Pakistani embassies and missions abroad.
Sharjeel Memon said that after amendments to the Sindh Registration Act, overseas Pakistanis will be exempt from personal appearance at registration offices. Through the NADRA-linked e-registration system, biometric and facial verification will be possible.
The provincial minister further said that the establishment of a modern fruit and vegetable market in Larkana will strengthen the agricultural economy.
