Summary Prime Minister offered India an unconditional proposal for a neutral and transparent investigation into the Pahalgam incident.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has taken a firm stance in response to baseless allegations by India regarding the so-called Pahalgam ‘false flag”’ incident.
Following the incident in Pahalgam, Pakistan’s leadership warned India in strong terms, saying it had anticipated aggressive intentions and would respond accordingly.
Addressing a ceremony at Pakistan Military Academy Kakul on April 26, 2025, the Prime Minister said that India continues to level unfounded and false accusations against Pakistan without any investigation or evidence. He added that the Pahalgam incident is yet another example of such baseless claims.
Prime Minister Sharif also offered India an unconditional proposal for a neutral and transparent investigation into the Pahalgam incident.
He warned that any attempt to stop, reduce, or divert Pakistan’s water flow would be met with full force. He further stated that Pakistan’s armed forces are fully prepared to defend the country’s sovereignty and territorial integrity.
