Summary Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani has been transferred to Lahore High Court, Justice Babar Sattar to Peshawar High Court and Justice Saman Rafat Imtiaz to Sindh High Court
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - Acting President Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani on Wednesday approved, on the advice of the prime minister, the recommendations of the Judicial Commission of Pakistan regarding the transfer of three judges from the Islamabad High Court (IHC).
Accordingly, Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani, Senior Puisne Judge of the Islamabad High Court, has been transferred to the Lahore High Court (LHC), a Presidency’s news release said.
Justice Babar Sattar has been transferred from the Islamabad High Court to the Peshawar High Court (PHC).
Justice Saman Rafat Imtiaz has been transferred from the Islamabad High Court to the Sindh High Court (SHC).
