Summary CM said the world witnessed the strength and professionalism of Pakistan’s military during last year’s events
KARACHI (Dunya News) - Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah said that no power in the world can match the capabilities of Pakistan’s armed forces, highlighting their professionalism, courage, and dedication to national defence.
A special ceremony was held at the Karachi Naval Dockyard to mark the completion of one year since the success of Marka-e-Haq.
The event was attended by senior government and military officials. The Sindh chief minister laid floral wreaths at the Martyrs’ Monument to pay tribute to those who sacrificed their lives for the country.
Speaking on the occasion, Murad Ali Shah said the success of “Bunyan-un-Marsoos” sent a clear message that any aggression against Pakistan would be met with a strong response. He added that the nation, along with all political forces, stands shoulder to shoulder with the armed forces.
He said the world witnessed the strength and professionalism of Pakistan’s military during last year’s events, adding that “no power can compete with Pakistan’s armed forces.”
Reaffirming Pakistan’s position, he said sovereignty remains the country’s top priority and the nation will always defend it firmly if challenged. He also paid tribute to martyrs and veterans, calling them the pride of the nation.
The chief minister further stated that Pakistan is a peaceful country, but any threat to its sovereignty would be responded to decisively.
