Summary Islamabad High Court announces summer vacations from July 1 to August 31, 2026, while Lahore High Court holidays will be observed from July 6 to September 5
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – The Islamabad High Court has announced its annual summer vacations, with an official notification issued regarding the court’s holiday schedule for 2026.
According to the notification, summer vacations at the Islamabad High Court will be observed from July 1 to August 31, 2026.
The notification was issued by Registrar Muhammad Yar Walana following approval from the Chief Justice.
Earlier, the Lahore High Court had also announced its summer vacations.
According to its notifications, the Lahore High Court will observe summer holidays from July 6 to September 5.
The announcement sets the annual court recess schedule for both high court, outlining the period during which regular judicial proceedings will remain limited.
