Summary Dumper driver arrested. Further investigation was under way
KHANPUR (Dunya News) - A motorcyclist was killed after a speeding dumper ran over him on Showhall More here on Saturday.
According to rescue sources, the victim identified as Arsalan Saeed was first hit a recklessly driven car. He fell on the road. In the meanwhile, a dumper with excessive speed crushed him to death.
Police and rescue teams rushed to the accident site and shifted the dead body to hospital for medicolegal formalities. Police seized the dumper, whereas the car driver who hit the biker escaped. Dumper driver was arrested. Further investigation was under way. Police were using CCTV footage to reach out to the car driver.
