JAHANIAN (Dunya News) – Renowned religious scholar Allama Nasir Madni was rushed to a hospital in Multan after reportedly surviving a heart attack while delivering a Friday sermon in Jahanian, Punjab, leaving him in critical condition.
According to media reports, Nasir Madni was addressing worshippers at a mosque in Jahanian ahead of the Friday prayer when he suddenly fell ill.
Eyewitnesses said that moments before collapsing, the scholar recited the Kalima.

They claimed he completed the declaration twice and collapsed from the pulpit while reciting it for the third time.
Following the incident, he was provided with immediate first aid at the mosque before being shifted to a hospital in Multan for further treatment.
Reports added that DSP Jahanian Malik Abdul Majeed was also present at the mosque when the incident occurred.
