ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - Federal Minister for National Heritage and Culture Aurangzeb Khan Khichi met with United States Chargé d’Affaires to Pakistan, Ms Natalie A Baker, during which they agreed to promote cultural cooperation between the two countries.
The meeting discussed further enhancing cooperation between Pakistan and the United States in the preservation of cultural heritage, archaeology, and the development of museums.
Federal Minister Aurangzeb Khan Khichi, while appreciating the US cooperation in the repatriation of Pakistani antiquities, including Gandhara, said that the Islamabad Museum is being transformed into a world-class modern museum with the cooperation of the Republic of Korea.
