RAWALPINDI (Dunya News) - The fifth edition of the multinational special forces exercise “Eternal Brotherhood-V” concluded in Uzbekistan after being held from September 13 to 25, with troops from Pakistan, Turkiye, Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan participating in the drill.

The multinational exercise provided an opportunity for the participating special forces to enhance interoperability, tactical coordination and joint operational capabilities through specialised training and coordinated activities.

During the exercise, the participating forces exchanged professional experiences and shared expertise on modern operations, combat tactics and strategies for addressing emerging security challenges.

The drill also focused on strengthening coordination among the participating contingents and enhancing their ability to work together during joint operations.

The participation of special forces from the four countries, along with Kazakhstan as an observer, reflected growing defence and security cooperation, mutual confidence and military ties among the participating states.

The exercise was aimed at further strengthening professional capabilities and coordination among the participating special forces through multinational training and experience-sharing.
