KARACHI (Dunya News) – Gold prices remained steady in both international and local markets on Friday.
In the international bullion market, the price of gold per ounce held firm at $5,178, showing no change from the previous session.
Similarly, in the domestic market, the price of gold per tola remained unchanged at Rs540,562, while the rate for 10 grams of gold stayed stable at Rs463,444.
In contrast, silver prices witnessed an upward trend. The price of silver per tola increased by Rs270, reaching Rs9,474. Meanwhile, the rate for 10 grams of silver rose by Rs232, settling at Rs8,122.
Market analysts attribute the stability in gold prices to steady global demand, while silver’s gains reflect short-term market fluctuations.
