LAHORE (Dunya News) - The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has decided to auction the rights for the Multan Sultans franchise ahead of the upcoming Pakistan Super League (PSL) 11.

Interested parties have been invited to bid for the franchise rights.

Previously, the PCB had decided to operate the Multan Sultans franchise for a year, but after the record-breaking sales of two other PSL franchises, the board has now opted to sell the Multan Sultans franchise as well.

The Multan Sultans was previously owned by Ali Tareen.

PCB recently sold two new PSL teams, expanding PSL 11 to eight teams, with Hyderabad and Sialkot joining the league. The PSL 11 players’ draft is expected to take place on January 30.
