Hrithik Roshan’s starrer turns 20
MUMBAI (Web Desk) - The magic of Jaadoo will mesmerise the fans once again as Hrithik Roshan’s super-hit Koi Mil Gaya will hit the big screens to mark 20 years of the blockbuster.
Bollywood’s first sci-fi film is going to complete 20 years of its release on August 8 and it will be released again across 30 cities including Delhi and Mumbai on August 4.
The movie cast included Hrithik Roshan, Rekha and Preity Zinta.
“At the heart of our film, it was a deeply emotional story of a mentally challenged boy, his journey, his relationship with his mother, friends and Nisha - the only adult-girl who would understand and accept him for who he was. Then there was Jaadoo - the friendly endearing alien who emoted through his eyes,” said Rakesh Roshan, the man behind Koi Mil Gaya.
The plot line of the movie revolves around a mentally disabled boy named Rohit, who becomes friends with an alien.
The movie was a blockbuster of its time and fans are anxiously waiting for its re-release.
