(Web Desk) – Actor Maryam Nafees, who tied the knot in March 2022 and is expecting her first child, clapped back at the critics who said she would give birth to her baby abroad for a foreign nationality.
She took exception to these attacks and said there is no harm in this thing.
Social media users criticised her for a baby bump photoshoot in London. She has seen the same criticism before also with the netizens objecting the trend adopted by showbiz celebrities to post their soon-to-be-mother shoots.
In recent pictures, some users also alleged that she would give birth to her child abroad to seek a foreign nationality.
Responding, she said regardless of the place where a child is born, he gets a nationality of a specific country due to his father. She also said there is no problem in giving birth to child anywhere where one likes.
