(Web Desk) - BBC Asian Network’s Not Even Water podcast has returned for a fourth series.
It is a fun and judgement-free podcast for everyone about the month of fasting for Muslims, with Ramazan beginning on Friday (today).
Along with a new series comes a new host.
Returning to BBC Asian Network after her success in Asian Network Comedy, comedian and writer Fatiha El-Ghorri will kick off the Ramazan festivities as the podcast’s host.
For the fourth series, Fatiha will be joined by various guests, including the Mayor of London Sadiq Khan, comedians Shabaz Ali and Muhsin Yesilada and content creators Sebinaah and Nadoosh.
Guests will discuss faith, fasting and everything about Ramazan.
Fatiha El-Ghorri says: “I am thrilled to be hosting the new series of Asian Network’s Not Even Water.
The first episode, featuring Sir Sadiq Khan, has been released, and on the podcast, Sir Sadiq explained what Ramazan means to him and what it was like in the Khan household growing up.
Fatiha El-Ghorri is a comedian and writer who entered the world of stand-up after her second divorce in 2015.
She won ‘Best Debut Show’ at 2023’s Leicester Comedy Festival.
Her hosting duties come after she performed at Asian Network’s live show in January 2025.
To mark Eid, a special finale episode of Not Even Water will be recorded at Common Space in Bradford on March 25 in front of a live audience.
Tickets are free of charge and are available to apply for now, until March 9, through the BBC Shows and Tours website.
The episode will also be available to listen to on BBC Sounds after the event.
