LAHORE (Dunya News) - PML-N President and former prime minister Nawaz Sharif once again reiterated why he was ousted from his office back in 2017 by the Supreme Court.

He was addressing a ceremony related to the ‘Apni Chat Apna Ghar’ scheme in Lahore on Wednesday.

“The prices of vegetables were affordable and country was on the path of development,” said the former prime minister.

He added that the PML-N government had said goodbye to the IMF but his opponents brought back the IMF programme.

“What was the reason behind my ouster,” asked the PML-N supremo.

He said the five judges of apex court deposed an elected prime minister in 2017 but no action was taken against them.

Without naming Imran Khan, Sharif said the incarcerated PTI founder only believed in the politics of chaos and protest.

“Just ask him about the 350 dams, billion-tree tsunami and other such schemes,” said Nawaz Sharif.

“As you sow, so shall you reap,” Nawaz Sharif said while addressing the PTI founder.

“You used to talk about putting your political opponents in the jail,” Sharif said.

He said that they brought shells of tear gas with them while entering Punjab.

“Do you want a clash between Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa,” the former prime minister asked.
