CDA seals Khyber Pakhtunkhwa House for violating building by-laws

Sources stated that Blocks A and B of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa House have been sealed
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – The Capital Development Authority (CDA) on Monday sealed the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa House over building by-laws violations.
According to CDA sources, several blocks of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa House have been sealed due to building rule violations.
Documents received by Dunya News indicate that the lease of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa House was not extended, unauthorised constructions were carried out, and no certificate was obtained after these constructions.
Sources stated that Blocks A and B of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa House have been sealed, while Block C, where families reside, has not been sealed. The rooms for guests in the KP House have also been sealed.
Sources added that Special Magistrate Sardar Muhammad Asif sealed the KP House, and Assistant Commissioner Abdullah also accompanied the CDA team.
