Interior ministry orders no unlawful protests held in capital amidst SCO moot
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - As the country is about to host an all-important SCO moot, the interior ministry has ordered the capital administration to ensure that no unlawful protests are held
It was cited Islamabad High Court has given strict orders in this regard.
The order, it was added, was given to avert potential disruptions to peace and lockdown situation caused by any protest.
The court directed the capital administration to prevent any unlawful assembly or protests especially during the SCO Summit.
Also, it was directed to implement security measures so that law and order are not disrupted.
Also, it was directed to the administration to inform the public the above mentioned information for their benefits.
