ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – The release of Bushra Bibi, wife of Imran Khan, in the new Toshakhana case has faced another delay as the release order could not be issued on Wednesday.
The absence of Special Judge Central FIA, Shahrukh Arjumand and the unavailability of duty judge Humayun Dilawar prevented the issuance of the order, leaving her release in limbo.
The PTI lawyers made several attempts, moving from one court to another, but to no avail.
They also approached administrative judge Raja Jawad Abbass, but he had already left the court room.
