IHC issues cause list, judges roster for coming week
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - After the transfer of three justices of high courts to the Islamabad High Court, the latter has released a roster for the proceedings of next week.
The names of three transferred judges have also been included in the cause list. IHC Chief Justice Aamer Farooq did not agree with the letter penned by his five colleagues who resisted the transfer of judges.
Justice Sarfraz Dogar, who was transferred from LHC, has been included in the bench two. Before, this bench was headed by Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kiani who now would be given the charge of bench three.
As for the single bench, Justice Dogar and Justice Kiani’s names have been assigned the second and third spots. Justice Khadim Hussain Soomro and Justice Asif’s names stood at ninth and eleventh spots in the single bench.
