Says martyrs are pride of nation
LAHORE (Dunya News) – Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi said on Tuesday martyrs of Pakistan’s armed forces are pride of the nation.
He stated this while visiting the family of Lt Muhammad Hassan Ashraf, who embraced martyrdom three days ago while fighting against terrorists in Miranshah, in Wapda Town area of Lahore.
The minister condoled with the family of the martyred military officer and also paid tribute to home for valiantly fighting against terrorists.
The father and brother of martyr Lt Hassan Ashraf were praised for their courage. Prayers were offered for the martyr officer
On this occasion, Mohsin Naqvi said that the officer sacrificed his life for the country while bravely fighting against the terrorists.
“Seeing the unwavering strength of the martyr’s father has further strengthened our resolve,” the minister said.
He said martyr Lt Ashraf will always live in our hearts.
Speaking on the occasion, the father of the army officer said his son had attained the highest ranks of martyrdom.
