Opposition parties agree to expand anti-government alliance

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – The opposition parties, under the banner of Tehreek Tahafuz Ayeen-i-Pakistan (TTAP), on Friday agreed to further expand anti-government alliance, Dunya News reported.

According to sources, the leadership of Tehreek Tahafuz Ayeen-i-Pakistan left Islamabad on a three-day visit to Sindh where they are scheduled to meet political leaders to discuss formation of a grand alliance against the government.

The delegation includes Mahmood Achakzai, Asad Qaiser, Sahibzada Hamid Raza, Akhunzada Hussain, Salman Akram Raja, leaders of BNP-Mengal and MWM. The delegation will meet the GDA leadership as well as Jiye Sindh's chief Ayaz Palijo.

During the visit, they will also meet with members of the business community and bar associations. The delegation will also hold meetings with PTI’s Karachi office-bearers and members of journalist community.
