Three cops injured in cracker attack on police station in Karachi

KARACHI (Dunya News) – At least three police officials sustained injuries in a cracker attack on Preedy Police Station in Karachi on Friday night, Dunya News reported.
According to details, some unidentified miscreants hurled a cracker in the parking of Preedy Police Station which resulted in minor injuries to three policemen and also damaged police vehicles.
The cracker explosion also damaged boundary wall of the police station. Police have cordoned off the area after the attack and launched a search operation to arrest the culprits.
Meanwhile, Sindh Home Minister Ziaul Hassan Lanjar has taken notice of attack on Preedy Police Station and ordered an inquiry into the incident. He also directed the concerned authorities to provide the best medical facilities to the policemen injured in the incident.
