Inflation is at the lowest level: Information Minister
ISLAMABAD (Web Desk) - Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting Attaullah Tarar said that all the economic indicators are showing positive trends and now the economy is moving towards growth from stability.
Talking to media in Islamabad on Monday, he said inflation is at the lowest level, policy rate is declining, and the current account deficit has turned surplus, while exports and investment are improving.
He said all this happened due to the joint efforts and the work of Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif's team.

Attaullah Tarar said that the prime minister, on the completion of one-year of coalition government, will present a progress review tomorrow.
He said the government has announced a mega Ramazan package worth Rs20 billion to provide relief to the needy people.
He said overpricing during the holy month of Ramazan will not be tolerated and action will be taken as per the law.
