Govt moves seven bills in PA session

All the bills were referred to the concerned standing committees
LAHORE (Dunya News) - As many as seven bills were introduced in Punjab Assembly on Friday.
According to details, ‘The Punjab Local Government Bill 2025’ and ‘The Punjab Control of Narcotic Substances Bill 2025’ were introduced in the house.
Moreover, ‘The Punjab Undesirable Cooperative Societies (Repeal and Re-organization) Bill 2025’, ‘The Punjab Spatial Planning Authority Bill 2025’ and ‘The Nawaz Sharif Institute of Cancer Treatment and Research Bill 2025’ were also moved in the house.

Meanwhile, ‘The Punjab Finance (Amendment) Bill 2025’ and ‘The Punjab Energy Efficiency and Conservation Agency Bill 2025’ were also introduced in the house.
The government also laid ‘The Provincial Motor Vehicles (Amendment) Ordinance 2025’ in the house.
All the bills were referred to the concerned standing committees seeking report within two months.
