Two youngsters drown in canal while bathing in Sharqpur

Officials have assured the search operation is ongoing.
SHARAQPUR SHARIF (Dunya News) – Tow youngsters drowned while bathing in a canal in Sharqpur, a tehsil of Sheikhupura district, Punjab.
According to rescue sources, the youths were swimming in the Upper Chenab Canal when the drifted into deep waters and drowned.
Rescue teams have launched an operation to recover the bodies, but no traces have been found yet.
