Four killed, two injured in Head Balloki road accident

Preliminary investigation revealed that the accident was the outcome of reckless driving
KASUR (Dunya News) – Four people were killed and two injured in a collision between two motorcycles on Head Baloki Road, near Zafar Mill here on Saturday night.
Having being informed, police and rescue teams scrambled to the accident site and launched rescue operation by sending the dead and the injured to Phoolnagar Trauma Centre.
Those died in the accident have been identified as Hasnain, Umar, Waseem and Ali Hassan, whereas the injured have been identified as Niaz and Khalid.
Preliminary investigation revealed that the accident was the outcome of reckless driving. It said excessive speed of the bikes took lives of the riders.
The Punjab government has promulgated an ordinance to improve traffic, with main focus on reducing road accidents, discouraging excessive speed and underage driving.
