Man killed, brother injured in Sheikhupura accident

MURIDKE (Dunya News) - A recklessly driven trailer crushed a motorcyclist to death and critically injured his brother on Sheikhupura Road here on Saturday night.
They were returning home after attending a wedding ceremony. They were riding behind the car of the groom and bride when a trailer with excessive speed hit them.
As a result, they were injured critically. Later, one of them identified as Saleem, 45, died on way to hospital. His brother named as Azeem was admitted to DHQ Hospital. He was stated to be in a critical condition.
Having being informed, rescue and police teams scrambled to the accident site. The driver escaped after leaving his vehicle on the road. The dead body was handed over to the family. Police were searching for the culprit.
