RAWALPINDI (Dunya News) - The legal team of PTI founder Imran Khan has filed a petition in the Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) Rawalpindi requesting a medical examination for Khan and Bushra Bibi.
The court issued notices to the prosecution for a hearing scheduled tomorrow.
The petition requests that Khan’s personal doctors – Dr. Asim Yousaf, Dr. Khurram Mirza, and Dr. Samina Niazi - be allowed access to conduct a medical check-up.
The legal team emphasized that these doctors are familiar with Khan’s medical history and can provide accurate assessments.

The petition further highlighted that Khan’s family is concerned about his health, stressing the importance of allowing his personal physicians to examine him while in custody.
