Earthquake jolts parts of Sindh, Balochistan

KARACHI – Tremors were felt in several areas of Sindh and Balochistan following an earthquake.
According to the Seismological Center, the earthquake measured 5.6 on the Richter scale. It struck at a depth of 13 kilometers, with its epicenter located 86 kilometers northeast of Khuzdar, Balochistan.
In Khuzdar, tremors were felt for the second time within an hour.
Shocks were also reported in various parts of Sindh, including Qambar, Shahdadkot, Dadu, Jhal Magsi, Jaffarabad, and Nasirabad.
During the tremors, residents rushed out of their homes while reciting the Kalma Tayyaba. However, no loss of life or property has been reported so far.
