Curfew imposed in Gilgit, Skardu in view of prevailing security situation

SKARDU (Dunya News) – Authorities in Gilgit-Baltistan have announced the imposition of curfew in Gilgit and Skardu for three days in view of the law and order situation, Dunya News reported on Sunday.
According to the district administration, there will be a complete ban on unnecessary movement during the curfew, and citizens have been advised to remain inside their homes.
The administration stated that law enforcement agencies will continue patrolling in various areas of Gilgit-Baltistan, and legal action will be taken in case of any violations.
Citizens have been urged to cooperate with the administration and to refrain from spreading any kind of rumours.
