ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) - The Supreme Court of Pakistan has issued the judges’ roster for April 22 and 23, outlining the benches that will hear cases at the principal seat and regional registries across the country.
According to the roster, Chief Justice Yahya Afridi will head a bench at the Islamabad principal seat, where important cases are scheduled for hearing.
The Registrar’s Office stated that Justice Muneeb Akhtar, Justice Irfan Saadat, and Justice Mian Gul Hassan will perform chamber work during the same period.
At the Peshawar Registry, three benches will hear cases on April 22 and 23. The first bench will comprise Justice Jamal Mandokhail and Justice Musarrat Hilali.
The second bench will include Justice Hashim Kakar, Justice Salahuddin, and Justice Ishtiaq Ibrahim, while the third bench will consist of Justice Shafi Siddiqui and Justice Shakeel Ahmad.
Meanwhile, at the Lahore Registry, two benches have been constituted. The first bench will include Justice Ayesha Malik and Justice Shahid Waheed, while the second bench will comprise Justice Naeem Akhtar Afghan and Justice Shahzad Malik.
The roster indicates that hearings at all registries across the country will proceed in accordance with the scheduled plan.
