He has broken the world record by reverse driving at a speed of 140km an hour
QUETTA (Dunya News) – Pakistan’s famous car performer Sultan Golden has created yet another record.
Sultan, who belongs to Balochistan’s Pishin area, has broken the world record by reverse driving at a speed of 140km an hour.
He attained 140 speed in just 32 seconds and covered a distance of a kilometre and a half at this speed.
A visibly jubilant performer held the Pakistan flag and bowed his head in gratitude to the Higher Power. He dedicated the record to Pakistan.
The previous record was held by an American driver, who achieved the reverse driving feat of 89km an hour in 2022.
WHO IS SULTAN GOLDEN?
Sultan Golden shot to fame in late 1980’s for introducing the sport of reverse motorcar jumping. He set the world record by reverse jumping 150 feet over 15 cars.
In 1987, he set the world record of jumping over 22 cars covering a distance of 249 feet. He beat the record of USA’s jumper, who then held the record for jumping 246 feet over cars.
