(Web Desk) - Pakistan’s Colonel Farrukh Nadeem created history by winning the gold medal in the Trap event and setting a new world record at the ongoing Asian Shotgun Championship in Doha.
This marks Pakistan’s first-ever gold medal at an Asian Shotgun Championship.
Colonel Farrukh Nadeem delivered an outstanding performance in the individual Trap competition. He scored 119 out of 125 in the qualifying round and followed it up with an impressive 27 out of 30 in the final to secure the top position.
According to the Pakistan Shooting Federation, the championship is being held under a new competition format, which is why Colonel Farrukh Nadeem’s achievement is being recognized as a new world record.
