KARACHI (Dunya News) – The business at the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) opened on Monday in the negative zone but the trend reversed as the day progressed and the index closed above 1,500 points.
Bears returned to the floor on the first day of the business week in the early morning trading. The KSE-100 index dropped over 700 points in the first session to 112,062 points.
However, the trend reversed in the afternoon and bulls overpowered bears and the index rose to 114,330.10 points with the addition of 1,529.17 points at the close.
The PSX closed at 112,800 points on Friday.
