KARACHI (Dunya News) – The Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) witnessed strong bullish momentum on Tuesday, with the benchmark KSE-100 Index gaining 2,592 points to regain the 168,000-point level.
The index opened on a positive note and initially climbed more than 900 points to reach 166,785 points.
The bullish trend continued throughout the trading session, pushing the KSE-100 Index up 2,592 points to close at 168,460 points.
The market had closed at 165,867 points in the previous session after losing 2,288 points.
The sharp recovery came a day after the market experienced significant selling pressure, with investors returning to buying across the trading session.
