Man killed over 'animal hide dispute'

OKARA (Dunya News) – A man died while saving his son-in-law who was being tortured over the dispute of animal hide in Okara.
This incident occurred in Mandi Ahmadabad area. The suspects were distressed that the victim’s son-in-law offered Eid prayers at another mosque and did not offer the sacrificial animal's hide to them.
The suspects identified as Nawaz and Nazim Ali and their accomplices started torturing the man and killed his father-in-law Tufaill Wattoo upon interfering. The culprits fled the scene by the time the police arrived there.
Police shifted the body of the deceased to hospital for autopsy and initiated investigation after registering a case.
