ARIFWALA (Dunya News) - Punjab police have stepped up action against kite manufacturers ahead of Basant to be celebrated across Punjab during the current month as announced by many kite flying associations of the province.
Police in a raid on a kite making factory seized kites, rolls of twine, kite material and machinery. A man was also arrested during the raid. Further investigation was under way.
MAN SHOT DEAD
In Minchinabad, old enmity claimed life of a man. Police were investigating. The man was returning home from work when his rivals shot him dead. Police were called to the crime scene, who started investigation.
MURDER MYSTERY RESOLVED
In Rawalpindi, Jatli police have arrested three persons for poisoning a 20-year old girl to death. The suspects after killing the girl buried her body to conceal their crime, but police resolved the murder mystery by arresting them. Further investigation was underway.
