LAHORE (Dunya News) – A sessions court in Lahore has scheduled August 18 for indictment of popular YouTuber Rajab Butt and four other accused in an assault case.

The case was heard by Additional Sessions Judge Zafaryab following a complaint filed by Ayesha Jutt against Butt and other individuals.

During the proceedings, the prosecution argued that the police had not properly investigated the accused while preparing the challan in the case. The prosecution asked the court to examine the matter in accordance with the law and allow further proceedings.

After reviewing the arguments and case record, the court fixed August 18 for framing charges against Rajab Butt and the four other accused.

The court also directed all five accused to appear at the next hearing.
